Esign Sync will not process all because of user error

Need assistance, trying the get the esync to be on automation schedule to run process all but getting errors that logged in user doesnt equal esign account. Support said need to change code etc.. That is beyond my pay grade. Does anyone have this already modified??

you might need to add admin user as a esign user - scheduled processes run under the context of the admin user
