TGL's Plugin System was inspired by both the Skyrim Script Extender (SKSE) and Fallout Script Extender (FOSE), as well as Minecraft Forge, Neo Forge, Fabric and Quilt. The Plugin System is an integral part of TGL, as anything the engine can do, so can a plugin, hence the "Engine eats its own Cooking".
