EasyCaching stays on 1.9.2, the newest stable release. EasyCaching.SQLite 1.9.2 pulls in SQLitePCLRaw.lib.e_sqlite3 2.0.6 (NU1903, GHSA-2m69-gcr7-jv3q); a direct Microsoft.Data.Sqlite 10.0.13 reference lifts the chain to SQLitePCLRaw 2.1.13. Swashbuckle and the Swagger setup are removed; launchUrl points at api/ValuesWithTwoProviders. Nullable defaults in ApiResponse and WinePrize clear five CS8618 warnings.
