[Bug]: Running multiple commands in parralel does not work

Reproduction steps

This issue i see on windows, but you cannow select windows as operating system here .. see #19

reproduction steps:
Have one "chat" do a task
Start another chat in another folder/project.

Output:

Something went wrong
The agent stopped unexpectedly. Try again, or check the logs if it keeps happening.u

Expected behavior

Multiple AI tasks should work simultaneously

Actual behavior

The second task fails

Thanks for the report. Running chats in two projects at the same time is supported and is covered by tests, so a second chat dying with "The agent stopped unexpectedly" is a real bug, not a limit. 0.1.19 fixed one cause (quick chats and project windows clashing) and 0.1.28 has further session isolation work, so please retest on 0.1.28 first.

If it still happens, please attach the last 100 lines of %APPDATA%\Command Code\logs\main.log from right after the failure, and say whether the second chat was in a second window or a second project in the same window. That log line will tell me whether the harness process crashed or the IPC bridge rejected the second session.
