Extension update: Resource bar (continuous)

Changes

Just a quick add to have the display in percent if the checkbox is checked
add a news parameters folders to sort the parameters
add a new paramerters "LabelInPercent" checkbox
add a comment in the UpdateLabel function
add condition in UpdateLabel function to display the correct value style (Value / MaxValue or ValueInPercent %)

How to use the new features

Check the checkbox in the parameters in the ResourceBar properties panel

I think I'll rather add a free text mode to the bar this way you will be able to do this feature as a behavior because other people might want a timer, a value without the max, a prefix or suffix...
