Use DLL instead of Dll in the section heading

Hi Team,
First of all, great work with the project!

Not a big deal, but:
The section heading currently uses Dll, while the correct and standard form is DLL.

Using Dll is visually misleading, especially next to other acronyms such as PII, and it looks inconsistent. Since this heading is also used as the browser tab title, the incorrect casing is visible there as well.

Please use the standard DLL form for consistency, readability, and correct visual presentation.
