Some sort of rendering/debug support

It's very difficult to tell what's happening with raw Debug printing on a topology, I should introduce some way to render these neural nets. Perhaps I could make some sort of widget rendering module.

The only problem with this is I don't know a good approach to this. I will have to see if there's a rendering crate with widget/object-specific rendering traits. Otherwise I'll probably make it an example or different crate.

Additionally might want to integrate this with the new tracing feature so I can visualize what's happening in networks in particular spans (the debug output is still pretty difficult to read).

I think it'd also be cool to see the graph of a neural network's inputs vs outputs, though obviously this is only going to be applicable to certain scenarios. Most likely would be a standalone tool.
