[BUG] in manual mode, changing some video params after setting audio bitrate undoes audio bitrate

Issue Description

Steps to reproduce

1. Select a video to compress.
2. Switch to Audio pane, set the bitrate to something lower than the original.
3. Switch to Video pane, change something (e.g. format from H265 to H264).

Actual behavior

The audio bitrate will revert to the original. I haven't verified which cases this does/doesn't happen in, it happens more often than not, but I'm pretty sure I've also seen it not happen once or twice.

Expected Behaviour

The audio bitrate should remain where I set it.
