When deleting a monitor, while it is still assigned to a page, the page will show an unknown monitor with an empty ID in its list.
There are two ways to fix this:
- Auto-Delete Monitor from Page upon deletion
- Prevent Monitor Deletion until it is no longer in use on any page.
