Subject: [PATCH] Widen LinearMPC compat to 0.11

LinearMPC 0.11 changes the DAQPBase dependency and the internal QP struct; the
constructor MPC(F, G; ...) and set_objective!/set_bounds!, which the extension
calls, are unchanged. test/test_linearmpc_ext.jl passes with LinearMPC 0.11.
