Loop failure as a result of signal loss in "update_dev_to_3.14.5"

Describe the bug
After a while Loop reports that Loop has failed since it has not been completed succesfully in 20 minutes

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install "update_dev_to_3.14.5"
2. Just leave the phone
3. After 20 minutes of Inactivity the alert appears
4. See error

Expected behavior
An alert-message appears on the phone. When unlocking the phone and opening the Loop-app, it shows "Signal-loss" in the pod-section in the upper-right corner. This is restored within seconds.
