Record the terms retroactively: - LICENSE.md states that contributions are licensed by their contributors under the W3C Software and Document License (W3C-20150513), consistent with MapML.js and the other Maps4HTML repositories, and applies to the whole history of the repository. The copyright notice credits Natural Resources Canada, whose employees and students authored the bulk of the work, and Malvoz, the principal contributor from outside that group.
