Why this change?

Enable advanced Git Signing use cases like SSH Certificates.

I work for a company that uses SSH Certificates for git commit signing over SSH. We run Openshell sandboxes using local docker and Kubernetes driver. We want SSH commit signing to work from within openshell sandboxes, and this feature enables that workflow.
