[Feature Request] Support Manual Loading of Local AI Model Files

Hi there,
Thanks for developing Notely.
I downloaded Notely from GitHub and installed it on my Android phone. After installation, I found the app requires an internet connection to download the AI model before it can be used. However, this Android device cannot access the internet due to certain restrictions, so I plan to manually install the AI model for Notely offline.
I followed the instructions in issue #20 and downloaded ggml-base.bin and ggml-small.bin, but I don’t know the correct folder path to place them. I’ve tried putting the model files in these two paths:
/Android/data/com.module.notelycompose.android/files/models
/Android/data/com.module.notelycompose.android/models
But neither works. I’m not sure if it’s an incorrect directory path or a wrong filename for the AI model.
As an offline transcription app, it’s a pity that it can’t load the local AI model from stored files without an internet connection. Could you please add this feature in a future version: allow users to manually select and load locally downloaded AI model files saved on the phone storage?

I also think it's the best option: Provide a link so that the user can download that using their browser and put that inside the necessary directory. This may not help removing the STORAGE permission, but at least the NETWORK one which is definitely desirable since offline transcription is precisely the point of local models.
