Kinect Red LED Light Technical Issue

Every time I turn on and use the gl-view demo to test my 360 Kinect, I get a 1 second glimpse of video before the LED light on my Kinect turns red. This is a general issue but if anyone has an idea for why this is happening and how I can fix it to get it working normally, I’d appreciate it!

This is a normal part of the glview demo. Try pressing numbers 0-6 to see other colors.

Thanks for responding, I was able to change the LED light but I still can’t get any video feed to show and the demo hangs when I press the “F” key (“Invalid magic ffff”). I’m thinking it’s a hardware issue with its IR sensor. I’ll try it again when I can get my hands on another Kinect
