Subject: [PATCH] docs: list every single-byte BLE device type

Extend the Device Types table to every product pySwitchbot identifies by
a single service-data byte, with both values for each, and say how the
value is read (Byte 0 with Bit 7 cleared). Adds Meter Pro, Relay Switch
1/1PM/2PM, Garage Door Opener, Plug Mini (EU), Smart Lock Pro/Lite,
Keypad, Water Leak Detector, Hub 2, HubMini Matter, Remote, Roller Shade,
Blind Tilt, Circulator Fan, air purifiers, humidifiers and robot vacuums.
