Tempest View support

Description

Would be great to have support for Tempest View component like we have Laravel Blade support.

I understand that Tempest is singnificantly less popular. However, I think it's noticable and it would be cool to support it.
Also I'll try to make some prototyping

Use case

Working with Tempest View in Zed (using phpantom_lsp) I feel lack of such feature

I don't know about tempest, do you know where to find more info, how it could be supported, how it works or any reference projectd

Framework itself (almost all its subsystems) uses modern version of the language and relies onto standards. But View subsystem uses templating syntax similar to Vue (as it seems to me). So would be great to have at least autocompletion and navigation for such templates
