OverflowParticles allows you to change/hide the particles for fishing, but it applies to everyone's bobber. NEU has a similar feature but detects when it's going to your bobber, so that you can change the particles to be different depending on yours vs others bobbers.
This feature is useful basically anywhere where fishing is a thing, not just Skyblock, so I've seen many people (Ex. Main lobby fishers) download the entire NEU mod solely for these fishing particles. So adding it as a sub option under the OverflowParticle fishing section would be well received.
