all the accordions should be collapsed by default, and Sharpness and Critical particles should be at the top of the accordion list
and those should be expanded by default

outline default opacity should be 12%

Priority order done, the default-collapsed state is already how it is in the code and appears to be broken by a OneConfig bug.
