Describe the solution you'd like
If a specific amount of user react with a ⭐ emote on a message the message will be send into a starboard channel

• - amount of stars needed (configurable)
• - blacklisted roles (f.e. muted role) (configurable)
• - channel (configurable)
• - blacklisting for channels (configurable)
• - show amount of stars for a message
