Charts are blurred after zooming out and then resetting zoom

Describe the bug

After zooming out to the maximum zoom factor, the charts API size and API Size per Minimum Usefulness Threshold are not scaled correctly when zooming back in again.

To Reproduce

1. Open statistic view
2. Zoom out to the max
3. Zoom back in to normal scale

Expected behavior

The charts should rescale with the view size of the statistics view.
