Setup Continuous Integration #192

We should get CI setup, specifically I wanted to test the Ruby Edition against multiple versions of Ruby as some functionality may only be supported in Ruby 2.0.

Unfortunately Travis CI requires a a YML file at the root of the repository. I'm not sure if it will work with the multi-language structure of this repo:

For the .NET, I stumbled on:
http://www.appveyor.com/

I'm also planning to evaluate wercker, as they claim to be adding Windows support in addition to Linux.
