Fix Latest Demo on Hands and Face Tracking

TODO:

1. Use Handsfree to look around the Scene
   a. First for the position - need to make the movements more smooth and understandable (normalize?)
   b. do the same for the rotational position of the camera
2. Make the animals clickable
3. Use Handsfree to click the animals
4. Add visual feedback to the UI
5. Change GIF on the cover card
6. Use local packages for Handsfree.js and Three.js, rather than the CDNs (for speed)
