Crash when loading SVD file

• OS: macOS
• OS 26
• CPU Architecture: M5

Bug Description:
Crash when loading SVD file

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Open any binary in binja
2. Go to Plugins -> Load SVD file
3. Load the following SVD https://raw.githubusercontent.com/nrf-rs/nrf52832-pac/refs/heads/master/nrf52832.svd

Expected Behavior:
Load SVD file without crashing

Additional Information:
I'm not providing the backtrace or anything as I have tried with multiple machines running different 6.* versions and all crash just when loading the provided SVD file. So it should be easy to reproduce.

For those on older builds that do not include the fix in #8494 you can use nrf52832_patched.svd.zip
