Extract behavior information from TTD trace

Windbg ships a JavaScript sxeilt that analyzes all API calls related to heap operations to provide insights into heap operations. We can extend this idea to file, network, registry, DLL loads/function resolves etc

I was talking to @xusheng6 about this offline and it would be very useful to have API parameters shown within the TTD Analysis render layer (or something similar). This would require defining argument types in order for them to be displayed correctly and likely limiting the scope to a specific set of APIs. Otherwise this could be added to the TTD Calls widget where arguments are available in a form that can be modified based on display preferences or have a separate view for argument data (this might be too difficult).
