+- `monitor-cpu-load.sh`: add `/usr/sbin` to `PATH` so `plesk` and `fail2ban-client` are found under cron, and no longer drop all CPU rows when the subscription owner map is empty. Alerts previously showed an empty subscription table and "0 of 0 requests".
