[BUG]sqlbot历史对话标题中如果出现‘/’则删除时会报错

当历史对话的对话名称中出现‘/’时，该会话会变得无法删除
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. 新建会话，保存后如果名称中出现‘/’点击删除，即可看到错误信息（如果自动生成的题目没有‘/’，自己敲一个进去也可）

2. 此时点击删除发现报错

3.去掉/再进行删除发现可以正常删除
