Changing fonts cause several display failures in different views (mostly navigation and other views, editors are fine)

Steps to reproduce

• preferences -> general -> appearence -> color and fonts (sorry my eclipse is broken now by other bug so can't even open this page in settings)
• filter items by font
• go through all elements (fonts) and change size +2 or +4
• notice display artifacts in many different views (in package/project explorer some elements displayed with old font, some with new)

Tested under this environment:

Eclipse IDE for Java Developers (includes Incubating components)

Version: 2026-06 (4.40.0)
Build id: 20260604-0653

Lombok v1.18.47 "Edgy Guinea Pig" - 2026-05-14 is installed (added this as well cause it seems eclipse and lombok hate each other)

@fedejeanne i will try reproduce the issue again and will let you know results. Btw, after changing fonts to default values issue is gone.

I've repeated test with kind of new setup and id it is not reproduced. New steps are:

I started with relatively new eclipse package downloaded:
- eclipse-jee-2026-06-R-win32-x86_64.zip
- extracted it into separate folder
- started eclipse
- selected non-existing workspace folder
- imported all my maven projects into workspace (waited until it is done)
- changed preferences `preferences -> general -> appearance -> color and fonts` (all fonts size each incremented by 2-3 depending on initial value)

environment:

OS: windows 11
settings -> system -> display -> scale: 125%
settings -> system -> display -> display resolution: 2560 x 1440

So probably this is not an issue itself it could be caused by other one (maybe the other one i've reported recently). Also i've noticed i was able reproduce this one only on my home pc (provided env) while at work changing font size worked fine (both updated to the latest version via update functionality)
