New check idea: compiled artifacts in repository (go binaries, java jars, js results, node_modules)

It would be great to remove compiled binaries from the repositories.

• Go binary regexp: \x00Go build(id| ID)
• Java jar: *.jar
• JS: *.js or *.mjs that exceeds 1MiB?
