NVIDIA power modes

The NVIDIA power mode script currently sets the system to mode 3(25W), but Seeed firmware provides an additional 4th mode for 40W because MAXN SUPER is not supported due to overheating concerns.

In addition, after using the script to change the power mode, the Ubuntu UI for selecting power modes no longer works.

There is no nice way to list available profiles and choose the best. We would have to parse the config file /etc/nvpmodel.conf.

Since the only difference between the stock 25W and Seeed's 40W profile is a higher GPU, DLA (Deep Learning Accelerator) and VLA (Programmable Vision Accelerator) frequency it's fine if we just use the 25W for now. Later when we need the GPU we can fix this.

Changing the power modes in the Gnome UI works fine on firmware from NVIDIA. On Seeed firmware it only works sometimes:

• changing 25W -> 40W doesn't work
• changing 10W -> 40W works
• changing 40W -> 15W works
• etc.

It might be a bug with how the gnome applet works. It is located in /usr/share/nvpmodel_indicator/nvpmodel_indicator.py (found using ps aux | grep -i nvpmodel)
