Option to remove patterns in site editor

Describe the bug
Stackable patterns are locked in Site Editor > Patterns and cannot be removed

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to site editor
2. Click on Patterns
3. Scroll down to Stackable patterns (patterns are locked and cannot be removed)

Expected behavior
Option to have the patterns removed
