Cache Stats is local-first. It reads the Copilot session store in read-only mode, serves its UI only on an ephemeral 127.0.0.1 port, makes no model calls, loads no remote UI assets, and sends no telemetry. The catalog preview is illustrative and anonymized. Package checks and a GitHub Actions workflow are included in the tagged release.

The plugin.json doesn't align with the Agent Plugin spec and it would be a good idea to do that to ensure compatibility in Copilot app.
