Additional notes for reviewers

The product instruction is “Give me my Brainstem.” The plugin is a skill-only, fail-closed operator around the public Microsoft AIBAST Brainstem distribution. It does not vendor or modify brainstem.py or the existing installer. It uses the installed marketplace plugin as the local trust anchor, hash-pinned installer bytes, pre-mutation bootstrap envelopes, exact release identity, protected-state rollback, real /chat verification, and private append-only RAPP/1 evidence. Linux and Windows CI plus 39 regression tests are green. The manifest now opts into Agent Plugins v1.0.0 and uses standard skill discovery.
