Uh oh!

You open a PR at quarter to nine,
three hundred changed lines — all perfectly fine.
You've refactored auth, you've squashed every bug,
then waited in silence, in need of a shrug.
The reviewer arrives with a coffee in hand,
scrolls through the diff like a general planned.
"Nit: add a space," they type with a grin,
then: LGTM — and the green lights begin. 🟢
Oh, LGTM! Those four sacred glyphs,
the end of the comments, the closing of rifts.
A rubber stamp? Maybe. A blessing? For sure.
No emoji more loved in all of software.
So here's to the humans who stare at our code,
who lighten our branches and carry our load.
Who catch the one bug in a sea of green ticks —
then drop a 👍 and get back to their fix.
Inspired by the universal developer experience of refreshing the PR page every 10 minutes, waiting for that one glorious "LGTM".
