nixhub is outdated compared to nixpkgs

What happened?

package versions on nixhub seem to be behind nixpkgs. I just noticed with claude code. @choeffer seems to have noticed with opentofu and left a comment on #2609

Steps to reproduce

1. Look for a recently updated package on both platfroms (e.g. opentofu, claude-code)
