I cant take off the quarantine of the app #40

hi there, the code to take off the quarantine doesnt work me..
the terminal says that:
xattr: /Applications/Flowgorithm.app: No such xattr: com.apple.quarantine

Could you help me plss as soon as possible and thanks.
