Documentation for Data Source

It would be nice to include some documentation for the MultiProgressViewDataSource protocol.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
This will be very helpful for those new to this library such that they do not need to comb through the example code provided.

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be great if the documentation can be formatted with Swift Markup such that it shows up in the quick help section.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Current methods for getting started involve looking through the two included example projects.

Hey @erwang01, MultiProgressViewDataSource is pretty much identical to the protocol UITableViewDataSource, which I assume every iOS dev is already familiar with.

However, I totally agree that this repo could use some more documentation. Unfortunately, it is a low priority for me right now. I am currently more focused on my other repo, but I will try to fix up MultiProgressView once I find some extra time.
