Error with Windows 10

Whevener I start Winless I get error below. I think this problem has started since I installed Windows 10 (but not 100% sure). Any idea what to do about it?

Having the same issue. Windows 10 installed!
Have removed the software. manually removed all files
Re-installed!
same issue persists

I have found a temporary solution.
Run in compatibility mode Windows 8.

I used that once and then hit the same problem. However if I ignored the error it still went ahead and worked correctly.
