From faf2f3974120752dc6db99c5cafc29a4f8e20f73 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Arthur Stankevich Date: Wed, 14 Oct 2026 11:09:44 +0200 Subject: [PATCH 1/2] feat: support (localdb)\instance server names on Windows Resolve (localdb)\ to the instance's named pipe through the LocalDB instance API (SqlUserInstance.dll), starting the instance and creating the automatic MSSQLLocalDB instance when needed. (localdb) without an instance uses MSSQLLocalDB. Other platforms report that LocalDB is only supported on Windows.
