Can u pls update pnpm-sync-lib dependency to 0.3.5 and unblock support of pnpm 11.

The issue was fixed here tiktok/pnpm-sync#45

opened #6003 to fix this, PR checks are failing but pnpm-sync-lib release is fine, rushstack repo uses packagefeedproxy.microsoft.io which only allows releases that are more than 7 days old, so I guess we just have to wait until 2026-09-01 15:37 UTC 😄
