Question: Change Python Debug button to Run button

I've noticed that when I use WSL, the button in the top right defaults to debugging the current Python script.

Whereas if I use a dev container, it defaults to running the current script.

Is this configurable? I thought maybe I have a setting saved somewhere, but cannot find one.

This sounds like a VS code issue to me? We don't have any code that does things differently in WSL versus a dev container. Maybe there's a VS code setting that remembers the last button clicked?

I've tried on some other devices using WSL and the icon defaults to Run not Debug, so seems to be an issue with this one device and VS Code in WSL.
I had a look online and some other people have reported something similar, so maybe it's just a bit buggy.
