Cannot open WebView in the Assistive Access mode

Describe the bug
Web view does not open when Assistive Access mode is enabled.

Perhaps it is necessary to open it with SFSafariViewController as well as guided access support.

To Reproduce

Go to Settings>Accessibility>Assistive Access>Start Assistive Access.
Run the app and trigger the OIDAuthorizationService.present.

Expected behavior
Web view is presented in Assistive Access.
