The phar file could not be found

I want to download the phar file from
wget http://livetest.phmlabs.com/phar
(see the readme)

Is there another link to download it? or can you fix it?

I guess there is no PHAR for LiveTest2 so far. @NilsLangner coded a small tool, which build phars automatically, if there is a box.json in the repository and the version is tagged in Github. I ask him if he could include LiveTest2 to the automatism and let you know, where you can find the latest PHAR for it.
