Describe the bug

The latest release announcements all link to the changelog page, but the entries for all of them are missing on that page.

Steps to reproduce

Go to https://www.php.net
See "The list of changes is recorded in the ChangeLog" for any of the yesterdays releases
Click on ChangeLog on any of them
See the changelogs only for the previous versions

Expected behavior

See the changelogs for the current versions released yesterday.
