[Bug]: Codex config.toml now uses 'default' and 'priority', but T3 Code expects 'flex' and 'fast' #8602

Steps to reproduce

Literally just installed the latest nightly of T3 Code. Codex is also on the latest version. Now I can't select Codex in T3 Code because I get this error:

I suppose OpenAI updated the service_tier values for the config.toml file.

Expected behavior

I can select Codex in T3 Code and then select a model.

Actual behavior

I cannot select Codex in T3 Code
