[Bug]: Codex config.toml now uses 'default' and 'priority', but T3 Code expects 'flex' and 'fast'

Steps to reproduce

Literally just installed the latest nightly of T3 Code. Codex is also on the latest version. Now I can't select Codex in T3 Code because I get this error:

I suppose OpenAI updated the service_tier values for the config.toml file.

Expected behavior

I can select Codex in T3 Code and then select a model.

Actual behavior

I cannot select Codex in T3 Code

Alright, so the Windows Codex app was on the latest version, but Codex CLI was not... Update available! 0.117.0 -> 0.139.0

Update: it updated even further to CLI version v0.151.0
