Bug description

I created a new template to import assets.
The template appears to be correct because validation passes, but when I run it to import a CSV file in UTF-8 format, I get the following errors in the logs.

How can I fix this?

We've got the same error, in my case i've got the upload totaly broken,

we have to disconnect and reconnect, how can we fix it ?

Hi SaillyMaxence, yes, both the bar and the page freeze for me too, forcing me to disconnect and reconnect to the page.

I'm running into something similar. Could you share a bit more about your setup so we can try to figure out what's going on? Things like:

What OS is your server running?
Are you using Apache or Nginx?
Is there any reverse proxy in front of your GLPI instance?
What PHP version are you on?
Roughly how big is the CSV file you're trying to import?

Hi,
here's what you're looking for.

The operating system is Debian GNU/Linux 12 (bookworm).
I'm using Apache.
There are no reverse proxy in front of the GLPI instance.
I'm using PHP 8.2.30.
The CSV file I'm importing is 15.6KB in size.

Would you be able to grab a HAR export of the upload attempt? That would help see whether the file is actually leaving the browser or getting stuck somewhere along the way.
To capture it: open your browser's dev tools (F12) → Network tab → make sure "Preserve log" is checked → try the upload again → once it fails, right-click anywhere in the network list → "Save all as HAR".

One note on the HAR file: it can contain sensitive data like session cookies or auth headers, so please double-check and strip those out before attaching it here publicly (most browsers let you export "with sensitive data removed", or you can search/replace them manually in the file).

It's strange that the GET response on clientinjection.form.php is empty. Did you not modify that in the HAR file?

Could you share your vhost configuration with us?
