Well, I think it completely broken for some of SoCs. On my Orange Pi 5 (RK3588S) same situation. The error codes you see are from the libusb library.. Code -1 means "Input/output error", -3 - "Access denied (insufficient permissions)".

The Radxa instructions specifically say to use this tool for the Rock 3C, though.

This package seems to be abandoned.

Same issue on the RK3288, i get IO error and i haven't found any way
