That change was squash-merged as a refactor without the breaking-change footer, so release-please did not cut a release. This records the breaking change so the next release is a major version. BREAKING CHANGE: rli devbox ssh, scp, rsync and tunnel were removed in #250; use rli devbox pty for an interactive shell and read, write, upload and download for file transfer.
