## Run locally

```bash
python -m venv .venv
source .venv/bin/activate
pip install -r requirements.txt
uvicorn main:app --reload
```

Open `http://127.0.0.1:8000`.

## Live demos

- **Lead Scorer:** a Gradient Boosting model hosted on Hugging Face Spaces and embedded at `/projects/lead-scorer`.
- **Live Lab (`/lab`):** SQL playground, customer segmentation (RFM and K-Means), lead scoring and movie recommender, all running in the browser.
