New Project - React Template not working

Description of Bug

When creating a new project, I want to use the React Template, but when clicking it is '500' error showin:

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to 'home'
2. Click on 'new project'
3. Click on 'react template'
4. See error

Expected Behavior

Should load a new project using that template.
